Prayer poem

The echo of my soul

  Never slows the hum

For Gods love to surround 

When light dims my heart

Silence slips away into prayer

Our Heavenly Father in Jesus name 

I begin  

  Help me hear you 

Remain in your light 

Never to slow with evil 

In the darkness of fright 

Lift me now into forever calm

Cover me with peace 

Help me shine your love 

Impart to all 

     Thank you for loving me

I truly love and give thanks to you
